• File storage is handled via Cloudflare R2.
• User data is stored in MongoDB Atlas databases.

Both storage solutions employ encryption at rest and in transit to protect against unauthorized access. We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

We retain your information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, or as required by law. For example, payment information is retained for recurring billing until you cancel or request deletion.
